About me

I’m an Instructional Design and Learning Systems professional who specializes in transforming complex information into clear, accessible, and scalable learning experiences. Most recently at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), I partnered closely with the LMS Administrator and cross-functional stakeholders to design, deploy, and maintain LMS-delivered training supporting professional development, compliance, and onboarding for a large, diverse healthcare workforce.

I bring strong experience designing self-paced, multimedia-rich learning using tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360, collaborating with subject matter experts or independently researching new topics to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals. My work is grounded in ADDIE and SAM methodologies, with additional influence from Action Mapping, design thinking, and Universal Design for Learning, enabling me to create training that meets learner needs while integrating effectively with enterprise systems.

In addition to instructional design, I have hands-on experience supporting learning management system operations, including course configuration, reporting, and audit-ready documentation. I’m especially comfortable working in regulated environments, where compliance, data integrity, accessibility, and consistency are critical to successful training delivery.

I also hold a Google Project Management Certificate, which strengthens my ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and guide projects from kickoff through launch with clarity and efficiency. I thoughtfully incorporate AI-supported tools into my instructional design workflow to streamline content development and enhance learner engagement—always with a focus on quality, accessibility, and responsible use.
